susan emerson (9/17/2012): I've had it! Living across the creek from this "park" I see continual traffic day and night and rarely police patrol--even though we call the police often--mostly about the very loud music with a huge base beat for hours all day/night that literly shakes the windows. Today was unbelievably loud--even with our air conditioner and t.v. on, the base beat of the loud music dominated the noise space the entire day. Dog park? Yeh, there's alot of "doggy style" throughout the park. Not impressed with the Spokane park system or police governing this "park"...neither is anyone who has to endure the offensive sights/sounds of this "dog park". (report as inappropriate)
