I love this neighborhood park. However the last few times we have been here some of the lifeguards don't seem to be paying attention to the large amounts of kids in the pool (sometimes there are no parents at all and tons of kids under the 12year age requirement). Often the lifeguards are flirting with the younger guests or talking amongst each other socially, even texting a few times. I understand that the majority of the guards are young however this is still a job and I feel like it should be treated as one. Especially when it involves childrens lives.
